Welcome to DUNKIRKFIRE616.com, the online home of the Dunkirk Professional Firefighters Association I.A.F.F. Local 616.

We provide emergency service response, including fire suppression, Emergency Medical Services, Hazardous Material Response, and Specialized Rescue. The department is also actively involved in fire safety and prevention programs and community outreach initiatives. Our 25 members are highly trained Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technicians, dedicated to fulfilling our mission of providing effective fire, emergency medical, and specialized response services to ensure community safety and enhance the quality of life. It is our duty to serve with courage, determination, and pride. We provide protection 24/7/365 with 5 or 6 Firefighters on duty per shift.
